Required Competency Level:
- Diploma or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a switchgear industry preferably.
- Familiarity with Principal Partners Solution and products in Switchgear preferred.
- Teamwork capability with cooperative with all concern dept.
- Knowledge on design tools, Control Logics ,Auto cad preferred.
- Good communication Skills.
Job Description
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Monitor and assign work to team members, ensuring adherence to project budgets.
- Enforce safety standards and procedures according to contract and company guidelines.
- Conduct contract reviews upon order receipt and manage project documentation.
- Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, issue work orders to production, and handle change management.
- Ensure customer acceptance through FAT process and handle customer complaints.
- Maintain records, update documentation, and inform supervisors of progress and issues.
- Comply with company rules, schedules, and guidelines, including quality audits.
- Adhere to Environment, Health & Safety requirements and company policies.
